3. Custom & Engraved Orders: Customized, resized, or personalized jewellery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

4. Care & Wear Disclaimer: Jewellery requires delicate care. We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper storage, exposure to water or chemicals, or physical stress.
